Candidates with proven depth creating solutions with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, VoIP, and PBX will be positioned for success in our organization. The selected candidate will design, build and deploy, and administer large scale voice networks.
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager / Cisco Meeting Server
- Experience with Cisco Meeting Manager
- Experience with Cisco Jabber
- Experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Suite and Cisco Expressways is desired
- Experience with the configuration of voice end-point hardware
- Experience with PBX technologies is desired
- Experience with Avaya Call Management System would be beneficial, but not required
- Experience with TDM and SBC
- Experience building/managing servers in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment is desired
- Experience with managing work tasks via tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs
- CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
