As a User Success Specialist at Roche, you will provide first-level support for content creation and management tools, design and deliver training modules, and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure training materials remain accurate and up-to-date. You will empower internal users by providing guidance on authoring tools, content platforms, and AI-generated knowledge applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Technical Documentation, or a related business field.
- Experience in supporting IT tools, documentation systems, and support ticket platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with content and knowledge management platforms and digital publishing ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a focus on user enablement and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
