ServiceNow is seeking a UX Sr. Technical Consultant to focus on the Customer Excellence Group, driving user adoption and customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with customers, leading workshops, and contributing to ServiceNow's platform expertise. This is a functional and technical expert position, acting as a guide and enabling customer leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of configuration or development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent experience.

Requirements Summary

5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience. CSA Certification & Javascript framework experience (AngularJS, React). Strong client communication & UX skills
