UX/UI Analyst

DRT Strategies is seeking a UX/UI Analyst to design and optimize user interfaces for public health applications and systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly digital tools and solutions, focusing on alignment with public health goals. This position contributes to enhancing government’s use of public health data.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust with the US federal government
• At least three years of experience supporting public health information technology projects
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience designing digital solutions for federal government applications
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong communication skills
