UX/UI Subject Matter Expert (Remote)

GovCIO is seeking a UX/UI Subject Matter Expert to advise on design and user experience for their federal digital platforms. This role requires a customer-facing individual with experience documenting processes and creating automated solutions. The position is remote and requires a high degree of communication and collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients. This is a front-end focused UX role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in IT
• 4 years of additional relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience converting business processes into diagrams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance
