V-Lead Technical Consultant

WNS (Holdings) Limited is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to optimize and expand the use of ServiceNow across various business functions. The role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence. This leadership position requires deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, scripting, and advanced knowledge of Service Portal, Workspaces, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Advanced proficiency in App Engine Studio, flows, and custom ServiceNow development with plugins.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example in developing solutions and managing teams.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and APIs.
• Understanding of other low-code/RPA/IDP platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
