VDI Systems Administrator, Journeyman

The VDI Systems Administrator, Journeyman will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The ideal candidate will have experience with VDI architecture, performance optimization, and security practices, as well as expertise in multiple complex work assignments and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
• Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
