The VDI Systems Administrator, Senior will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The role will guide the engineering team in designing and implementing VDI solutions as a service in support of warfighter experience (WX) services.
Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
