This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, providing strategic insights, and leveraging TTEC Digital's offerings to drive digital transformation within government agencies. The position requires a deep understanding of federal procurement, technology needs, and agency processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development within the Federal Government sector
- Experience selling PaaS, SaaS and or Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment
- Deep knowledge of Federal Government contracting vehicles and regulations
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and automation
- Experience with go-to-market strategy development and growth plans
