Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development within the State & Local sector
- Experience selling PaaS, SaaS, and Professional Services in a Contact Center solutions environment
- Deep knowledge of State & Local contracting vehicles and regulations
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies
- Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
- Evidence of prior success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-million dollar deals
- Experience go to market strategy development
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
