We seek a VIP Helpdesk Support Technician to provide technical support to high-level executives, VIPs, and other DoS staff in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of IT experience, 2+ years of desktop support experience, and ServiceNow experience.

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of overall IT experience
  • At least two (2) years' experience supporting all phases of desktop support to include software and hardware
  • ServiceNow experience highly desired
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
