Virtual Technologies Group is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide speedy support via remote methods, resolving issues and exceeding expectations. This role involves troubleshooting, communication, and proactively monitoring tickets for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. The position is a full-time, hourly position within a hybrid environment.

Requirements

  • Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) systems (e.g., ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues with end users.
  • Manage accounts through Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID and Office 365.
  • Monitor and fix issues related to customer backups.
  • Handle issues in an organized fashion through a ticketing system.
  • Back up Tier 1 on the phones and tickets.
  • Train, mentor and support T1 Help Desk Technicians.

Requirements Summary
