VMware Engineer. The role involves overseeing DC management, systems administration, and monitoring while maintaining networking and security systems. The candidate will work on creating network designs, blueprints, and standards for implementation in data centers, understanding VLAN routing between L3 devices and configuring VMware environments using NSX.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years focused on VMware technologies.
- ITIL certification (highly desirable) and experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow (a plus)
- VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, CCNA, CCNP certifications or equivalent work experience.
