CACI is seeking an experienced Voice Architect Subject Matter Expert to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The position involves establishing communications systems, planning network installations, and providing technical leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
Requirements
- US Citizen with active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Current TCO Certified VoIP Analyst (CVA) and Cisco CCNA Voice Certifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
