The role involves working closely with network engineers, administrators, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure VoIP and related services are maintained, optimized, and compliant with security standards. The expert will focus on VoIP systems supporting secure communication networks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical expertise in network engineering, VoIP design, and unified communications technologies
• Hands-on experience with SIP, call managers, gateways, routers, switches, and firewalls supporting VoIP traffic
• Proficiency with customer ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution
• Familiarity with AVMM, IPTV, and streaming service integration within enterprise network infrastructures
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
