Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT service management or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools
- In-depth knowledge of digital workplace technologies, including remote access solutions, collaboration tools, and hardware support
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management
- Understanding of business processes and how IT services support organizational goals
- Familiarity with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and digital workplace technologies
