VP, Group IT Service & Digital Workplace

The Nemetschek Group is a pioneer for the digital transformation in the AEC/O industry, and the VP of Group IT Service & Digital Workplace is a senior leadership position responsible for leading and executing IT operations and supporting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT service management or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools
• In-depth knowledge of digital workplace technologies, including remote access solutions, collaboration tools, and hardware support
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management
• Understanding of business processes and how IT services support organizational goals
• Familiarity with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and digital workplace technologies
