Workday Adaptive Engineer

The Workday Adaptive Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday platform within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• 2+ years of experience working with Workday as a configurator or technical engineer.
• Experience with at least two Workday modules.
• Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations.
• Desirable experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Intermediate-advanced English (for documentation and international collaboration)
