The Workday Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, reporting, and functional support of RTD’s Workday HCM system. This role works closely with HR, IT, and business users to optimize system functionality, ensure data integrity, and support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years of experience working with Workday, with hands on configuration and report development.
- Proficiency in supporting and configuring Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting and Talent.
- Experience conducting user training, testing, and support.
- Strong understanding of Workday HR Business Processes, Reporting, and Configurable Security.
- Experience with call/case tracking applications (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
