The Workday Application Analyst role involves building and maintaining HR technology solutions using Workday and other supporting tech stack, working closely with the People Technology engineering team, product team, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Build and maintain solutions within Workday
- Partner closely with People Technology engineering team, product team and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Design, configure, test and deploy solutions within Workday
- Participate in triage/on call duties to monitor ServiceNow ticket system and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Find Opportunities by researching new Workday functionality to bring value to our customers or solve their problems

Requirements Summary
Workday experience is a MUST. Minimum 5 years experience in configuring multiple Workday modules such as core HCM, advanced comp, talent, benefits, recruiting, absence and time tracking as well as cross application modules including Workday advanced reporting, dashboards and security
