Workday Learning Reporting Specialist

Workday Learning Reporting Specialist will ensure delivery of all learning related reports to all ING Groups and Stakeholders. Help promote, build, standardize and operationalize Workday Learning Reports to achieve seamless, efficient and quality reporting processes.

Requirements

• Daily deliver reports requested by the business
• Maintain reporting catalog for learning
• Participate in global projects
• Support the requestors with understanding presented data
• Know Excel and can independently work with pivots and/or queries
• Know ServiceNOW report development possibilities a plus
• Know how to collect relevant data to perform meaningful analyses and report
• Clean up and process raw data, correlate different types of data and can recognize patterns
• Can interpret data and make analyses which lead to improved business decisions or better data quality
• Able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
• Can see through the data and analyses it to find conclusions
