Workday QA Testing Lead

AECOM is seeking an experienced QA/Testing Lead to join their Workday team. The role involves shaping the Workday testing strategy and processes from the ground up, and building a robust, scalable, and repeatable testing framework. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, experience in Agile environments, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 6-8 years of Workday functional experience in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent/Performance Management and Security
• Workday Report Writer skills to pull test data and audit related information out of Workday
• Familiarity with ServiceNow case management system
• 2–3 years of experience in QA/testing roles, ideally within SaaS support organization or tech consultancy environments
