Workday Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Workday Reporting Specialist to join our team in Manila. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering reports to the ING Group worldwide, maintaining the reporting catalog, and participating in global projects. If you have experience in Workday reports development, dashboard creation, and automation, and enjoy working with complex data, this may be the opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year experience in Workday reports development
• Have knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday
• Have experience in introducing automation and improvements in the processes
• Have a data mindset
• Enjoy working with complex data
• Know German language (spoken and written) on B2 level
• Know Excel and can independently work with pivots and/or queries
• Know ServiceNOW report development possibilities a plus
• Can interpret data and make analyses which lead to improved business decisions or better data quality
