Workday Reporting Specialist

As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering reports to the ING Group worldwide, maintaining a reporting catalog, and participating in global projects. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas and perspectives to the team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Workday reports development
• Knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday
• Experience in introducing automation and improvements in processes
• Data mindset
• German language (spoken and written) on B2 level
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to work with pivots and/or queries
• Knowledge of ServiceNOW report development possibilities (plus)
• Ability to collect relevant data to perform meaningful analyses and report
