We are looking for a Workday Reporting Specialist with at least 1 year experience in Workday reports development, knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday, and a data mindset. You will be responsible for delivering reports, maintaining a reporting catalog, and participating in global projects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Workday reports development
- Knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday
- Experience in introducing automation and improvements in the processes
- Data mindset
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to independently work with pivots and/or queries
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW report development possibilities
- Experience in collecting relevant data to perform meaningful analyses and report
- Ability to clean up and process raw data, correlate different types of data and recognize patterns
- Ability to interpret data and make analyses which lead to improved business decisions or better data quality
