Workday Solution Architect

Applied Materials is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIT Solution Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday and ServiceNow to join our HRIT team.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the HR business requirements and design innovative technology solutions.
• Design, configure and implement end to end HR technology solutions, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape
• Assess out of the box functionality against business requirements and determine best solutions to meet requirements
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented functional specifications for requested changes, enhancements, or projects
• Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday/ServiceNow features and functionality and participates in release planning
• Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective
• Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for given HR system initiative.
