Applied Materials is seeking a Workday Solution Architect to design HR technology solutions and support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday and ServiceNow systems.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements and design innovative technology solutions
- Design, configure, and implement end-to-end HR technology solutions
- Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures
- Assess out-of-the-box functionality against business requirements and determine best solutions
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented functional specifications
- Maintain awareness of Workday/ServiceNow future releases and roadmap
- Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new Workday/ServiceNow features and functionality
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality
