Applied Materials is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIT Solution Analyst to join their HRIT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and user experience of end to end HR business processes. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements and design innovative technology solutions using Workday and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements and design innovative technology solutions
- Design, configure and implement end to end HR technology solutions
- Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our systems
- Assess out of the box functionality against business requirements and determine best solutions to meet requirements
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, documented functional specifications for requested changes, enhancements, or projects
- Maintain awareness of Workday/ServiceNow future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality
- Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday/ServiceNow features and functionality and participates in release planning
- Assist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes
- Have a continuous improvement mindset, monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality
- Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards
- Use project management skills in managing projects and provide overall project management for given HR system initiative
- Use HR and technical knowledge to influence, consult, communicate and manage projects from design to successful implementation
