Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR or Total Rewards in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational execution
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy
- Familiarity with compensation administration, payroll/benefits administration, and general HR processes
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience in tools like Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and ADP
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for accurate process execution and efficient service delivery
- Previous support of US based teams/ organizations preferred
