Requirements

  • Lead company-wide modeling and forecasting efforts
  • Provide deep insights into workforce dynamics, risks and opportunities
  • Drive critical workforce design and capacity planning initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders
  • Lead cultural shifts, manage resistance, and sustain momentum
  • Support organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions
  • Conduct supply and demand analysis to identify talent gaps and surpluses
  • Translate business and financial plans into optimal workforce plans
