Requirements
- Lead company-wide modeling and forecasting efforts
- Provide deep insights into workforce dynamics, risks and opportunities
- Drive critical workforce design and capacity planning initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders
- Lead cultural shifts, manage resistance, and sustain momentum
- Support organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions
- Conduct supply and demand analysis to identify talent gaps and surpluses
- Translate business and financial plans into optimal workforce plans
