We're looking for a working student to support our UX ServiceNow team with research, prototyping, and evaluation to enhance the current solution and propose improvements. As a UX analyst, you'll work with a dynamic team to create intuitive user experiences and contribute to the bigger ITSM picture.
Requirements
- Research and provide support to understand the user flows and context of usage
- Ideate and Prototype: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Evaluate: Gather feedback with user tests
- Contribute to the bigger ITSM picture by identifying design problems and propose elegant solutions
- Follow-up: check quality of the development

Requirements Summary
