We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our internal team in enhancing standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The role involves creating work instructions, providing project management support, and optimizing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Information Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish their studies
- Computer Skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English. German would be beneficial
- Soft Skills: Attentions to details, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools
