The Workplace Assets Leader is a senior FM expert responsible for managing high-level projects, coordinating multiple teams, and developing a people strategy to maximize team input. The role involves owning a budget, representing the Facility department, and initiating global strategies. The candidate will be based in Paris, with occasional travel to the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in leadership roles within workplace operations, asset management
- Solid understanding of Facility Management
- Engineering degree not mandatory, but an 'engineer' mindset is required
- Advanced O365 MS Office and collaboration tools skills
- ServiceNow Backoffice and IRM tool skills
- ERP system such as ORACLE skills
