Workplace Center of Excellence Architect

FLSmidth is seeking a Workplace Center of Excellence Architect to join our team in Bucharest. The role will drive design and implementation of the architecture necessary to support the transformation from traditional IT to ITSM. In this role, you will lead design, planning, and delivery of services for all end-users, create documentation for new and existing services, and improve and implement changes to existing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Digital Workplace Architect
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following: End User Services, TOPDESS/ServiceNow (or any other ITSM Tool), Workplace Automation, Endpoint Engineering (SCCM, Intune), Unified Communication and Collaborations, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Email, Endpoint security), Azure Virtual Desktop
• Architecture level understanding
• Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting
• Bachelor's degree in relevant topic or equivalent work experience
• Experience in leadership role would be an advantage
• Experience in design and deploy effective IAM solutions would be an advantage
