ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Workplace Services Site Lead for their Site Operations team. This role involves coordinating and overseeing daily facilities management, employee programs, and meetings in the location of Plots 9-13, 5th Settlement, Cairo, Egypt, with a 24/7/365 emergency response capability. The site lead will manage vendors, budget, and engage with stakeholders to improve workplace experience and ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Oversee WPS operations, including soft services, meeting room/event services, office supplies, and amenities.
- Manage vendors for maintenance, HVAC, electrical, security, janitorial, furniture, and kitchen services.
