Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Facilities Management & Operations
- Industry certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM or other relevant designations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, presentation, database, financial CAFM/CMMS software
- Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially outside of regular business hours
