The Workplace Technology Engineer I provides frontline technical support for both Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, focusing on troubleshooting, device setup, user assistance, and ensuring secure endpoint operations. The role involves working on various platforms and contributing to a proactive, problem-solving environment with potential for growth.

Requirements

  • Combination of Education and Experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of related work experience in a technical support role
  • Approved to work in the US
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Proficiency in Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, and M365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM tools
  • Experience with enterprise security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint)
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Office/IT-related physical demands (standing, sitting, lifting, etc.)
