Requirements
- 1-2 yrs experience in a Japanese related work
- N3-N2 Japanese-Language Proficiency level and able to speak business Japanese level
- 2-3 years of operations experience preferably in a SaaS/cloud company
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at the quarter and month-end close
- Prior order management experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Zuora, Zendesk, or ServiceNow is a plus
- SaaS, software, or technology-based company experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
