As a People Experience Services Specialist, you will provide general support to new hires and employees concerning PX policies, procedures, and processes, receive and respond to requests related to benefits, employee and data changes, and work cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of Onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations, or related fields within Human Resources
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Detail-oriented and able to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
