This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Managed Services Provider as a Senior Configuration Management Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Logic Monitor system and its global configurations.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of many technologies and monitoring systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
• 5+ years of experience working with monitoring tools
• Strong Monitoring tools and Reporting capabilities using LogicMonitor (or New Relic, Big Panda, or similar)
• Experience combining New Relic with Big Panda to gain actionable insights
• Scripting and automating administration tasks like Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Technical troubleshooting skills for both system performance and network connectivity issues
• Strong Experience with CI/CD methodologies, workflows, configuration management, and tools such as Service Now
• Container technologies: Docker / Kubernetes / Rancher
• Public and Hybrid clouds technologies, (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc)
• Transactional Databases MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres
• Agile methodology (SCRUM) experience
• Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider or Customer Facing role
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Certification in SQL Server or other relevant technologies
