As a Procurement Analyst, you will support end-to-end procurement operations, ensure effective purchasing, vendor management, and contract review to optimize cost and process efficiency across Illumio's global business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or a related function
• Experience working with US-based vendors and suppliers
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to evaluate and compare vendor pricing and contractual terms
• Experience using procurement tools/systems (Coupa preferred; Ariba or similar acceptable)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Collaborative team player with a customer service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
