Procedures & Compliance Analyst

Volton Hellenic Energy SA is seeking a Procedures & Compliance Analyst to support the ongoing development and improvement of processes within the Electricity Supply, Gas Energy, and Telecommunications sectors. The role involves process mapping, analysis, documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001. The position reports to the Procedures & Compliance Manager and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in process, quality, compliance, or project management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics or related field
• Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Quality Management, or Project Management (asset)
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
• Understanding of basic BPM principles
• Experience in process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC)
• Previous experience in an ISO-certified environment or regulated industries
• Experience with workflow/ticketing tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
