Requirements
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, managing transformational, enterprise-level programs.
- Strong expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and cost control within complex programs.
- Deep understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with multiple senior leaders.
- Experience managing risk, change, and uncertainty in large-scale initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications).
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
