As an IT Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a strategic transformation program, ensuring budget control, cost efficiency, and effective resource management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, managing transformational, enterprise-level programs.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and cost control within complex programs.
  • Deep understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with multiple senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage risk, change, and uncertainty in large-scale initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications).
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
  • Experience managing strategic programs in the payments industry or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with transformation initiatives and change management frameworks.
