ALTEN Mexico is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves translating functional requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance. The Architect will act as a key liaison between technical teams and the business, and manage integrations with external systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Knowledge of complex workflow automation and system integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in ServiceNow migrations or version upgrades.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (HRSD,CSM, SecOps) is a plus.
- Additional certifications in architecture or project management (TOGAF, PMP) are desirable.
