As a Practice Lead, you will lead our 100+ PaaS Specialists team in Bangalore, India, and be responsible for driving operational excellence, creating a thriving environment for team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Resource Management, Performance Management, Operations Management, Quality management, People management.
• Experience leading teams of high-performing professionals, providing clear feedback and direction, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Relevant leadership experience interacting across geographies, particularly Europe & US based clients.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities with willingness to share ideas and assist others.
• ITIL, Lean six sigma, Project Management certifications are a plus.
