The Academic Support Specialist will participate in the hiring process of professors, ensure the registration of candidates, and collaborate with other teams to provide an extraordinary experience in the hiring process. The role involves attending to academic requests, registering interactions with users, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Licenciatura or Ingeniería
  • 1.5 or 2 years of experience in hiring processes, management of dossiers, administrative processes, and Human Resources
  • Intermediate level of English (B1)
  • Knowledge or practice with CRMs (ServiceNow, SAP HCM or others)
  • Office software
  • Follow-up of KPIs, result orientation, client orientation, self-management, etc.
