We are looking for a NOC Monitoring Agent to monitor Windows and Linux OS environments, basic SAP system monitoring, and other technical skills.
Requirements
- Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments
- Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation
- Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron)
- Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- High sense of urgency and proactiveness
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
