We are looking for an Account Run Lead (ARL) – Workplace IT Services to manage a workplace team in Madrid. As ARL, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, continuous, and high-quality delivery of workplace services to one or several clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing user-oriented services (Workplace / End User Services)
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams of between 10 and 20 people
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer orientation skills
- Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, etc.
