Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow Instructor with firsthand experience in witnessing skills gaps in local talent.
- Relevant technical experience within the last six months.
- Experience with Office 365 (MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience with videoconferencing technology (MS Teams, WebX, Skype or Zoom).
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable speaking to the public.
