We are looking for a professional with a solid technical base and experience in critical environments to work in the area of networks. The ideal candidate should have an integrated vision of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies, preferably on Cisco platforms.
• Proven experience in network support and security in medium and large environments with 24x7 operation.
• Participation in network and security projects of medium and high complexity.
• Experience in managed services for corporate network infrastructures, data centers, and network operations centers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITMS tools such as SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
• Customer-oriented skills for incident management, changes, requirements, and report generation.
• Intermediate level of English, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate in collaborative international environments.
• Network Automation expertise, including automation tools.
• Cloud network admin experience for one or more of the following: Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud.
• Experience in implementing and supporting complex network architectures.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in implementing and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud network solutions.
• Understanding of SDN principles and experience with SDN controllers.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Networking) technologies.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools for performance optimization.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.
• University degree - pregrado finalizado in engineering systems, telecommunications engineering or related fields.
• Cisco certification.
• Conversational English.
