Work with us as an Administrator - L1 to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from end-users.
Requirements
- Imaging and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Pushing software in SCCM
- Familiar with Microsoft Intune
- Assisting with a monthly inventory scanning of hardware
- Understanding of prioritization of SLAs
- Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS familiarity.
- Remote access tools (EMA, SCCM Remote, RDP, WebEx, MS Teams)
- Strong writing skills and strong customer service skills.
- Team work with local and remote teams
- Technical skills – Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool
- Time management – Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases
- Team collaboration – Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self-team and other team members when need arise.
