Work with us as an Administrator - L1 to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from end-users.

Requirements

  • Imaging and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Pushing software in SCCM
  • Familiar with Microsoft Intune
  • Assisting with a monthly inventory scanning of hardware
  • Understanding of prioritization of SLAs
  • Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS familiarity.
  • Remote access tools (EMA, SCCM Remote, RDP, WebEx, MS Teams)
  • Strong writing skills and strong customer service skills.
  • Team work with local and remote teams
  • Technical skills – Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool
  • Time management – Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases
  • Team collaboration – Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self-team and other team members when need arise.
